• River rafting, caving, boating, trekking, cultural shows, or any additional experiences
• 5% GST
• Any disruption caused by natural calamities, landslides, roadblocks, political disturbances, strikes, pandemic restrictions, flight/train cancellations, or any other circumstances beyond the tour operator’s control
• Anything not mentioned specifically in the inclusions
• NOTE: Anything not mentioned in the inclusions is excluded.

Advance Payment:
A minimum of 50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking to confirm hotel reservations, transportation, and other travel arrangements.

Balance Payment:
The remaining 50% of the package amount must be paid at least 15 days prior to the travel date.

Last-Minute Bookings:
Bookings made within 15 days of travel require 100% payment at the time of confirmation.

• Date of booking to 30 days before travel the cancellation charges will be 25% of the tour cost
• 30 to 15 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost
• 15 to 7 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost
• 0 to 7 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost. No refund shall be given

• In peak season (example: long weekends, festival season, summer vacation etc.) most of the hotels charge 100% cancellation

• Your flights are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, you will not get any refund for flights.
