1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Travel Builder Technologies’ (referred to as “we,” “us,” “our”) website, services, or products, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2 Scope of Services
We offer software solutions, including but not limited to:
• CRM Solutions
• Booking Portals
• Website Development
• SEO Services
The specific service’s scope, fees, timelines, and deliverables are defined in separate proposals or contracts.
3 Client Responsibilities
• Provide accurate, complete information and cooperate timely.
• Secure necessary legal rights (e.g. trademarks, copyrights) for content you supply.
• Use tools and services as intended and in compliance with applicable laws.
4 Intellectual Property
• We retain all IP rights to our proprietary software, tools, and materials.
• Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables as per the contract.
• Unauthorized copying, modification, or resale is prohibited unless agreed in writing.
5 Confidentiality
Both parties must safeguard confidential information. Such information should only be used to fulfill the contract and not disclosed to third parties except as required by law.
6 Warranty Disclaimer & Limitations of Liability
• We provide services "as is" and make no warranties except as explicitly stated in the contract.
• We are not liable for losses due to business interruptions, data loss, or indirect damages.
• Our liability under any claim is capped at the total fees paid by the Client for the affected service.
7 Support & Maintenance
Support or maintenance beyond the original scope must be agreed separately and may incur additional charges.
8 Termination
• Either party may terminate the agreement in writing upon material breach by the other, provided the breach remains uncured after a specified notice period.
• Upon termination, outstanding fees become immediately due. Licensed content must be deleted or transferred per the termination terms.
9 Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond their reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, cyberattacks, internet outages). The affected party should notify the other promptly.
10 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to courts located in Delhi, unless otherwise agreed.
